The Groundwork is your online starting place, thoughtfully designed to help you arrive, orient, and prepare for the 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. This self-paced program is divided into six sections: Welcome invites you to land with intention and introduces the course structure; Origins & Intentions explores the roots of yoga and the values that guide our approach; Embodied Anatomy offers an embodied, practical understanding of the anatomy and introduces language and principles we'll use in our study together; Yoga Practices introduces the key tools of asana, pranayama, and meditation; Teaching Tools begins to open the door to your role as a facilitator; and Prep, Pack and Plan to get ready, physcially, mentally and practically for the course. Together, these modules lay a steady foundation so you can root to rise into your training experience.
