HEARTFELT | Roll & Restore | Myofascial Self-Massage & Restorative Yoga

The February edition of Eva’s monthly restorative workshop will center attention on the heart. 

By incorporating breathwork, specialized props, and the therapeutic use of self-massage, we will gently target fascial constrictions encasing the upper back, shoulders, and heart center.

Then we’ll drop into the still support of our restorative practice, through propped poses and guided rest to down-regulate our stress responses and cultivate a little more self-love.
