We believe in connecting authentically to the roots of yogic traditions. Our work is grounded in staying close to the origins and deeper intentions of yoga. We share practices that are research-informed, but don’t abandon the sacred heritage of yoga.

Our yoga is also about staying grounded. To us, yoga to us is not about ascending to a higher dimension but finding presence and peace within the containers of our own daily lives.

Our programs are guided by Director + Lead Teacher, Eva Hamilton, who has been teaching yoga professionally for sixteen years and facilitated over twenty teacher trainings.
