Host at The Source - housed within a 400-year-old Quinta lovingly restored with historic charm and cozy touches, surrounded by the vineyards, valleys, and endless views of the Douro.
The property offers 8 guest rooms all with ensuite bathrooms (including a quad room, a triple room, two doubles, and four private rooms) with a total capacity of 14 guests, including facilitators.

How our retreat rentals work
Why host your retreat at The Source?
Our home is a beautiful 400-year-old quinta, in a small village surrounded by vineyards and the breathtaking views and valleys of Portugal's Douro region. We've lovingly restored and created a space where teachers can bring their communities together to practice, rest, connect, and explore.
Our retreat rentals include:

Accommodation for 14 people (including facilitators) across 14 individual beds: one dorm, one triple, two double rooms, and three private rooms.

A beautiful, fully equipped yoga studio and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering, relaxing, and connecting, including plunge pool and sauna.

Freshly prepared, plant focused meals, with in-house catering with local ingredient and delicious flavours

Exclusive use of the retreat property, so you can make the space your own for the week.
How Does Retreat Rental Pricing Work?
Our pricing is simple and transparent:
A flat venue rental fee, plus catering charged per person, per day.
You create your own retreat programme and set your own prices, giving you the flexibility to cover your teaching fees, additional expenses, and desired profit margins.
To help you plan, we can provide a breakdown of the estimated cost per guest based on your group size and retreat duration. And as a little bonus, the lead facilitator's catering is complimentary with 10 or more paying guests!
Secure Your Retreat + Spread Out Your Payments
Our payment schedule is designed to give you plenty of time to promote your retreat, welcome bookings, and collect payments from your guests.

Reserve your retreat: Get in touch with your preferred dates. Once confirmed, we'll send you a rental agreement to sign, followed by an initial deposit to secure your booking.

Six months before: Your second rental instalment is due, giving you time to build your guest list.

Final payments:

Catering details and payment are finalized just 10 days before arrival.

The remaining rental balance is due 60 days before your retreat.
