Eva is an international yoga educator specializing in the styles of Haṭha, Vinyāsa, Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release.

Eva has guided practice for sixteen years since completing her first training at age seventeen (2008). Her gentle approach is combined with an in-depth understanding of anatomy, functional movement and intricate workings of the human nervous system sourced from over 1000-hrs of further yoga training.

Originally from Canada, Eva is currently based in the UK and Portugal. She offers retreats and trainings around the world, and is known for her in-depth self-written resources and textbooks.
