7-Night Retreat in Ericeira, Portugal
with Eva Hamilton & Esperanza Eusebio

July 20-27, 2024

Step out of the rush and restrain of modern life and into a week of embodying your inner feminine in soft and sacred space at a unique retreat in beautiful Ericeira, Portugal.

As women we so often feel the pressure to do more, and to be less. To tend to the needs of others while our own wellness becomes overlooked. This retreat will not be about learning, but rather unlearning of all the ways we have quieted the wild feminine arising within each of us.

Encircled by the enchanting ruins of an old Portuguese palace, this setting will support you to flow into the many forms of feminine energy - whether that's nurturing rest, reflection and restoration or the wilderness of play, creativity, and connection which roars within.

Each morning we will step on to our mats for empowering vinyasa flows, resourcing our inner warrior woman strength through fluid and intuitive movement. Each afternoon, we will rest and refresh around the plunge pool or bath in the rugged, salty sea. In the evenings, we will reclaim our softness through nourishing yin and restorative yoga practices and nurturing women’s circles surrounded by the castle ruins.

Join Eva and Esperanza to reconnect with your inner wild woman and reclaim your right to rest.

About our unique
Retreat Space

Encircled by arcane ruins, artistic touches, and gorgeous gardens, our retreat centre has lived many lives high on a cliff above the Atlantic beaches of Portugal.

Creeping vines and bougainvillea flowers wind in and around the fallen stones of the 14th-century seaside palace of Portuguese royalty. With its fragmented walls, you'll uncover a collection of cozy accommodations surrounded by courtyards, a plunge pool, and a bespoke chapel.

Once reborn as an artists’ retreat and now our enchanted wild feminine refuge, this is a place for rest, creativity, play and connection amongst the elements of rock, sea, sky, fire, and mist.

You’ll spend your days here with skin warmed by the heat of the summer sun and embraced by the ocean breeze that winds between the stones of this nearly-forgotten sanctuary.

Our practices will take place amid the crumbling ruins or in the newly fitted indoor yoga studio. And our evenings will be spent communing, chatting and laughing in the mystical chapel or around a roaring fire surrounded by shimmering lights and open skies.
